The floor system between the upper and lower floor is included.A treated pine staircase is standard across the rear wall, and complete with handrail to the side of the stair.
Windows may be selected as required.
Insulation and sarking can also be provided, if required.
As all walls are prefabricated steel, they may may be clad in a range of cement fibre claddings, or COLORBOND TM prepainted steel as required.The walls are suitable for internal linings, with virtually no other preparation required.
Roller doors acheive a clearance of 2.33m high, and are suitable for 4wheel drives.
The building is the ideal fishing retreat or studio.
